Joe was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about our Honda Odyssey. The experience was no pressure. We left to eat and discuss our options. With Joe's help, we decided the Odyssey was our best option. He kept our kids entertained during the short time it took to do paperwork. Will refer him to everyone I know!! Nate my sales guy was awesome. No pressure let me look and test drive. The financing guys are the upsellers. I wanted to say if you think I need the extended warranty how bad is this brand maybe I need to go else where. I stuck to my guns and said no thanks. I know its his "job" but i am betting on not needing it where he is betting on me not needing and paying for it. But all in all the sales guys there are great and if your looking for a new honda go see Nate.

My wife and I was heading home to Portland on I5 from a short vacation, And our car broke down in Chehalis. We had to have our car towed to interstate Honda, and we had some major engine damage to our 2013 Honda pilot. all the people working there, and especially the service advisor, Monica, went above and beyond expectations, to get us a ride home As they repaired our car over the next couple days. Overall my experience at Interstate Honda was pleasant. The salesman David who assisted us was very attentive and courteous. The vehicle was presented very nicely undercover because of the rainy weather that day. This was appreciated. All my questions were answered. The service on the vehicle was done in a timely manner. The process to purchase was easy. All of the staff we worked with were very nice and welcoming. I appreciate Interstate Honda for providing delivery accommodations also to make the purchase less stressful and time consuming. I am very happy with my new truck. The reasons I am giving only a four star is because of two reason: They would not negotiate at all on the asking price. Whether the purchase was going to be financed or be a cash purchase. Which to me is unheard of. Secondly, the initial sales pitch was a bit heavy and calculated but I was very interested in the vehicle so I focused on the important facts surrounding the vehicle and I appreciated the courteous and prompt service aside from the sales pitch rhetoric.

Joe is very knowledgeable about the various vehicles. Very pleasant to work with. It made car buying much less stressful, we really appreciated his knowledge and help
